I aged a couple just watching it.

As he said in his pre-match interview last week, he lives in the town. So, I hope people out and about wish him well. I certainly do. He's conducted himself with dignity and professionalism throughout his time at the club.

Was he a right fit for the job? No. That doesn't mean he didn't try his best.

No brainer from his POV to join, just no brains from the board to let it happen.

I see him regularly around Hatherley. A nice guy who clearly likes the club and town. I wish him all the best for the future.

Agree completely - a genuinely lovely bloke. It's not his fault he wasn't up to the job.

Will always be the captain that led us to the National League title in 2016 and that's how I'll choose to remember him.

Wish him all the best but he simply had to go and so does Ashley Vincent. We need a clean sweep and SC must bring in his own team who ever that is (Wade or Russel Milton?). Who ever it is it must be on SC’s terms and not sentiment of the club

Don't get why AV has to go.
I would argue hes fulfilling his academy remit by providing a steady stream of players for first team. Wilcox Tustin King

Downes good riddance

Vincent is first team coach. Nothing to do with academy

Apologies Horteng...in back my mind AV was responsible for all the home grown talent.

Never up for the job one bit, but as Si Robin mentioned, should be remembered for captaining the side that won the National League. Just Pell left of the GJ friendship club

He's got a media degree hasn't he? Can't he be involved in the "media" side of the club? Can't see him getting too much in the way of playing staff anywhere.

He's a nice guy and would like him to have something to do with the club but not near the first team.

He was lead development coach but then got promoted to first team coach but was to be a bridge between the two.
